Any use of the Platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCU.

No real medical decision shall be made on the basis of content generated by the Platform.
Access to the Platform is subject to account creation and acceptance of these TCU.
The Publisher grants the Client and/or User a license that is:
This license does not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights.
The Publisher may suspend or terminate access in the event of:
The Platform integrates artificial intelligence technologies capable of generating automated content.
Such content may contain inaccuracies, approximations, or inconsistencies.
The User remains solely responsible for critically assessing and pedagogically using any generated content.
The Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of content generated by artificial intelligence modules.
The Platform, including its source code, architecture, databases, interfaces, algorithms, and technical developments, is the exclusive property of compuute.io.
Clinical cases and educational content may belong:
Any reproduction, extraction, copying, distribution, resale, or unauthorized exploitation is strictly prohibited.
No implied transfer of rights results from the use of the Platform.
Personal data are processed in compliance with the GDPR and applicable French legislation.
Depending on the contractual arrangement, the Publisher may act:

The Publisher makes reasonable efforts to ensure service availability and security.

The Publisher's total liability, for all causes combined, shall be limited to the amount effectively paid by the Client during the previous twelve (12) months.

These TCU take effect upon acceptance and remain applicable as long as the account remains active.
The Publisher may modify these TCU at any time.
The applicable version is the one in force at the date of access.
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law.
They shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws in force in France, excluding any conflict-of-law rules.
In the event of a dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, performance, or termination of these TCU, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution prior to initiating legal proceedings.
Failing amicable resolution within a reasonable period of time, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
